- No. Scanning is completely non-destructive, and the acid test uses a tiny scratch on a hidden surface that is invisible once cleaned.
- Do you charge for a valuation?
- No. Testing, weighing and the offer are completely free, whether you sell or not, and there is never pressure to accept.
- Am I obliged to sell once you have valued my items?
- Never. Plenty of people just want to know what they have. There is no fee and no pressure — if the number is not right for you, we shake hands and go.
- Can you give me a price from photos?
- We can give you a rough range from clear photos on WhatsApp, including any stamps. The firm offer comes once we have tested and weighed the pieces in person.
